    • Intro to Pole: Perfect for beginners, introducing basic techniques and foundational skills.

    • Beginner: Build upon introductory skills with more tricks and transitions.

    • Improver: For those who have mastered the basics and are ready to tackle combinations of beginner tricks. Potential to advance towards inversions.

    • Intermediate: Must be able to invert. For those who want to build on more intermediate tricks with less points of contact on the pole.

    • Advanced: Push the limits with high-level tricks and complex transitions.

  • Inspired by club work and styles such as  flow, russian exotic, old school, strip-plastic, frame up, etc.

  • A focus on increasing range of motion and overall flexibility to support and enhance performance in various dance styles. Improve joint mobility and body control to enhance movement quality and prevent injuries.

  • Preparatory instruction for students interested in performing. Classes cover choreography, stage presence, and performance techniques to ensure confidence and stage -readiness.

  • What is your payment/cancellation policy?
    All fees are non-refundable. Once registration/payment has been made for a session, workshop, event, etc. (even if your circumstances change before or half-way through the session), you will not receive a refund. We require a minimum number of students to run a course, once you have signed up to a session, you have committed to that session. 

    Can I join classes even if I have no strength or experience?
    Yes! Our beginner sessions are focused on training complete beginners. We will incorporate strength training and conditioning techniques into class. Although body-weight and weight training at the gym can be beneficial to gaining strength, this is not a requirement to join the beginner class. 

    At what age can I start a class?
    We train students of all ages. Most of our students start as an adult however, you can start at any age. Ages range from 5 years old to 65+. It is never too late to start a class. 

    Can someone who identifies as male or non-binary take classes?
    Yes! We proudly welcome individuals of all genders, backgrounds, and diversities to our classes. We believe in creating an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered. 

    What should I wear?
    All participants can wear what makes them feel comfortable however, for pole classes it is important to note that skin grip is extremely important! For Pole classes, pole specific wear is highly recommended. For beginner sessions, shorts and a top/sports bra can be worn. Please do not apply lotion on the day of class. Please remove any/all jewellery as it can damage the equipment and get snagged on the pole. 

    Are you certified?
    Yes! All instructors of Sea to Sky Pole are professionally certified fitness instructors. 

    How do I sign up?
    Register online by clicking here or email to reserve a spot. Payment must be completed prior to class to complete your registration. Please note all course, workshop, event fees are non-refundable. 

    What else do you offer?
    We offer group bookings, bachelorette/bachelor parties, pole choreo parties, staff parties, etc. We also offer private and semi-private lessons. Instructor/performer coaching and mentorship opportunities can be requested.
